Actually I have to have a Texas ID to get a library card here it appears

Which means I need to get my CA DL switched something not too easy I need my birth certificate which for the longest time the gov website wouldn't let me order a copy of

So now I feel quite like Kafka powerless in the face of arbitrary rules

Don't you have any bills in your name or get a bank statement? or voters registration (doubt it)?

You can use something like that and an out-of-state id, too. I know this, but you could easily find out if you actually cared and didn't want to cry about tortured you are and how out-of-touch libraries are just cause you don't know how to look for a book. have some respect.

quick note: just because a book is not on the shelf, doesn't mean it's not in rotation so quit
