That's a great question. There are sirens outside my house almost every day and I spend most of my time trying to find out what the emergencies are. Because of the immense amount of time i invest in this endeavor, i cant have a job or relationships. It consumes my every waking moment. I would assume Billy, like most normal people, probably spends his time between tours doing the same thing.
