So I'm in my apartment watching pretty little liars and drinking black coffee and dreaming about pizza. Sometimes I like a good chewy crust pizza of quality like: http://media.phillyvoice.com/media/i....width-800.png
But I wouldn't put anything but olive oil or basil on that

Sometimes late night and when we're too tired and want pizza we get dominos because it's really close by. Still, you order it online and drive out and it's always done. No waiting required. A 30 min and just a few bucks endeavor. It's not high quality pizza for sure but consistent!

Dominos crust review:
- thin: fine. Good if you want lower calorie
- pan: whatever it's bread
- hand tossed: I like the semolina or is it corn? On the bottom. Sometimes a little dry

Toppings:
-CHILI FLAKES! Mike stole a bazillion of these for me once and you might find a wrapper here or there around the place
-peppers. Green or roasted
-mushrooms. What's nice is they do fresh and not canned

Pizza is amazing because it's roasted bread with tomato sauce and cheese and then stuff on it

Local place had an absolutely amazing Hawaiian with actual sliced pineapple, thick-cut ham, and gobs of mozzarella. I wasn't previously a fan of this type pizza but it suddenly became all I could think about

But now they're using the soggy, too-sweet canned pineapple chunks. So life sucks again

Bleh. Have you thought about kindly letting them know you liked the fresh one better? It may make a difference

I plan to ask them about it the next time I call, yes

Problem is it's staffed by ever-shifting roster of stoned college kids so I may need to write an actual letter to President Trump to even get anyone's attention

Maybe this is something he could close the deal on. Make him feel special.

Pineapple on pizza is good sometimes but lots of people don't like it and I get that. When I started getting into salty + sweet it was a given. Pineapple has an amazing aroma and tang when fresh. It's like candy

I'm not trying to be a snob with saying the pizza above should only have basil and olive oil. A lot of effort goes into making a pizza that simple yet perfect so you ought to honor it by not adding a smorgasbord of flavors. There's already balance.

pineapple is good on pizza and people who don't like it are closed minded

Almost every time someone mentions pizza, I suddenly feel like pizza. I'm like one of Pavlov's dogs.

I have low moisture mozzarella to play around with too. The fresh stuff might burn a little.

Also I've been growing "pesto perpetuo" basil which so far has been a little less flavored but very vigorous in growth
