Wholesome post of the day. I also do a similar voice, but my British accent is because I have a British accent. There's a cat that's not quite ginger, more blonde, that lives near me. I've tried to make friends loads of times. He just shouts at me and walks away. Breaks my heart.

Machina flopped, adore flopped, so did monuments, teargarden, oceania, zeigeist and also shiny (2.5 /5- critics and listeners/fans).

All in all belze is hasnt released an album that has been recieived well by critics or fans.
Funny how he talks down those who like marchin on insta.
If you like it because it sounds like old pumpkins he gives a shit. If you like it because it rocks he appreciates it.

Reissue will likely consist of:
Vinyl set:
-Resequenced album
-Original versions/mixes of MI/MII
-1, maybe 2 discs of relevant extras

CD:
-The above plus a live show (possibly the 2000 South Korea performance) and video.

Some sort of huge "Super Deluxe" edition

-The name of the album is apparently just going to be "Machina", no subtitles.
-Currently the album would be in the range of 34-40ish songs.
-Extras won't be included on streaming services, just the re-sequenced album
-Saturnine is not part of the re-sequenced album
-There is only one version each of Lucky 13, Slow Dawn and This Time. This Time's drum track was apparently recorded off Jimmy's first take.
-Sacred + Profane was written and recorded very quickly, no real alt versions except scratch lyrics
-About 7 versions of Glass And The Ghost Children exist
-About 8 of Blue Skies Bring Tears according to Jimmy
-"Tons" of alternate versions of Wound
-Alt versions of White Spyder exist. Drums to be re-recorded for it.
-There's an alternate band version of In My Body
-Found a bunch of Arising rehearsals, and an acoustic Age Of Innocence
-Found a studio acoustic version of The Imploding Voice recorded on the same day as Untitled
-Found two Acoustic versions of Vanity
-Found a home piano version of I of The Mourning with vocals, and piano versions of "a host of songs"
-Found some studio takes of Pale Scales
-Brought up a few previously unknown songs called Jester's Dance and Aldo Novocaine
-Raindrops + Sunshowers was initially "much more straightforward", went through a bunch of changes before becoming the album version, as did Home

An interesting thing about that draft #6 is that it has the cryptic symbol imagery that was used on M2:TF&EoMM vinyl covers, so it looks like Kafanov was trying to do something of that sort, but the cover art they ended up using had none of that.

What was Siddhartha? Like $300? More than that.

And he's going to, because he knows this is very likely his only chance to get people to shell out the big bucks for the Machina concept. He's driving the hype for them now, but he can't sell Machina over and over the way he could with SD and MCIS.

I think the most deluxe edition will be over $300. CALLING IT!!!

Btw, my current standard for reissues is Metallica's ...And Justice For All. It's freaking insane and it's only $200. I'll forgive Billy for not being able to do the volume at this price point, but I hope the content lives up to this level of detail.
