Sprouts is really the shit because they have all the Walden Farms salad dressings. They have no calories somehow and taste pretty fucking great. I use their "asian" sauce all the time with fish and salad... but what is really baffling is their thousand island and ranch dressings. How the fuck do they have no calories?

They even have no calorie syrup an stuff but I'm afraid of that lol. But the salad dressing are surprisingly amazing and while they are expensive AF online, at Sprouts they are like $3 and they have at least two dozen kinds.

i've been trying to get back on a diet cause i gained like fuckin 30 lbs during covid. and none of my dang clothes fit anymore

and the portion of mayonnaise on a standard burger at burger king is like fucking 130 calories. fucking 130! ketchup is like 17. and doesn't taste vile

Yeah i gained some covid weight during covid too. Switched to sweat pants and shorts, everyday. Elastic waistbands. That and a faded SP or video game tee with a leather jacket. But with clean shoes, this is important. Hair length hanging just below the ears, rarely washed, swept back like goodfellas deniro. Style that says: we are taking this seriously and trying to go easy on ourselves, so gimme my 6 feet unless u have that hamburger and thank you and god bless you and fuck off

i'm also trying to not drink so i'm not sure if i should burden myself counting calories as well

ketchup is good with fries only if there is black pepper mixed in. otherwise, please give me steak sauce with my fries or a good kind of ranch or buttermilk if you've got it.

i don't know if i've gained or lost weight because weighing myself is pointless--my mum taught me that- but i think i've gotten a stronger core since this damn ass thing started. i've definitely settled into my sweatpants and sweatshirt uniform, too. got some new "back to school" lounegewear for the long-haul and everything.
