Metallica maybe, but Pearl Jam is not bigger than Foo Fighters. Foo Fighters is considered the preeminent live rock band in the world. I don't agree with it, but John Q Public loves them.

Tell me when a prominent act does an entire tour in a theater again. Closest I can think of is Bruce Springsteen doing the Broadway shows. Except it is all in NYC - like 80 shows and they are all ridiculous prices since everyone loves him there.

We must admit that the tour is a success no matter it's a sellout or not.
