Somehow I've managed to avoid it and I get my second vaccine dose on 1/7. I'm not in there all the time, but working with ICU level covid patients is pretty nervy work. When they crash, they go quick. We had three die on my last shift and staff is completely breaking down. This hoax has gotten out of hand.

Possible. I last had an antibody test about 4 months ago but turns out that they are mostly worthless. I've been pretty good about self monitoring so I'd think it's doubtful. I was pretty sick in late March but testing wasn't really available even for health care workers. I had a little cold a few months ago but was tested and negative at that time. At this point, I'd be so pissed to get it this close to immunity. For how long that immunity lasts with the vaccine is still an open question.

I will say that this year has made me completely hate most people. The amount of willful ignorance even with the people I work with is astounding. It blows my mind to hear nurses and resp techs parrot bullshit about the vaccination that literally doesn't make sense. And, the general public here in the south are all fucking morons.
