Well, bleu cheese dressing is mayo-based, so why not?

I can't fuck with straight mayo though. A restaurant I worked at as a teen had this really awesome cream sauce they'd put on their chicken cordon bleu and it was fan-fucking-tastic on fries. Wish I could replicate that.

I make my own mayo, it tastes quite different than store bought mayo, and I find it goes well with fries.

I can roll with tartar sauce too.

I never tried bleu cheese dressing with fries. To me it sounds like it would overpower them a bit in taste, but i'd like to try it.
