hmm, well, i do have an odd solitary element to myself that is growing more and more every day and maybe you're seeing expressions of it and it's depressing you. i don't know. but i really think i have a great life and i feel really lucky. you know, i owe you a thank you for when you said i looked really sad tired. i got more sleep after that and i looked and felt a lot better. it's amazing what sleep can do. |

i have a lot of pictures of my room but no scanner. and for the dozens of cameras i own i dont even have a digital camera
i actually take pictures of my room every month or so just because i really feel that the stuff thats laying around and everything really documents a time in your life in such an interesting and accurate way. i was going through some before and one picture from a year ago of my bedside table, with all the books and little trinkets and shit i kept on there, really threw me back hard to that "time". those kind of eras in your life, or in your headspace, are really intangible but its amazing how loudly some picture like that can speak to it |

Tootsie's house is really nice! It is such a married couple's house, but nice!
I'll take a picture of our bedroom after I clean it today, but here's our closet: Our old bedroom before we moved: Aww I just found a photo of my garden (with my bike, that got stolen last week...) |

anyway, my bedding set is from KMart! Martha Stewart represent. I was going to get a nicer one but when i got it Mark and I were living together and we couldn't agree on one (my style is too girly) so i just got something to match the Tibetan picture i got in London. Mark worked as a framer, so he framed it for us, then when he moved out i bought it off of him. i was thinking of buying some new linens but i am tryint to not waste money when i have things that work. but if i had my choice i would pick this up: http://www.garnethill.com/cgi-bin/gh...28&fromMix=yes is on sale, or i always liked this http://www.garnethill.com/cgi-bin/gh...goryOID=-17115 or http://www.anthropologie.com/jump.js...CT&crosssell=1 man, i love that quilt http://www.anthropologie.com/shoppin...to+Basket.y=11 which do you think is best? damn it, all i want to do is buy buy buy. it's sick. but i really want a new bedspread. funny how your compliment on what i have turned into how i want to replace it. |

i think i like the zinnia pattern the best, but b/c it's so colorful, it will only work if it's situated in a relatively plain setting, OR unless you combine it with a million other colorful and constrasing patterns/prints.
i guess my favorites on that site would be these: http://www.garnethill.com/cgi-bin/gh...42&fromMix=yes http://www.garnethill.com/cgi-bin/gh...35&fromMix=yes http://www.garnethill.com/cgi-bin/gh...44&fromMix=yes |

Guys, I took a photo of my room for this thread and then I looked on the camera screen and there was this white ball in the middle of the room! I took another pic right after this and the ball wasn't there so this proves it wasn't some kind of weird reflection! I'll post it in a bit!!!
