it may be possible to "pre-digest" them, for example in lemon juice or cola or something, and then add other liquid to it to make it palatable and just drink some liquid with small chunks in it. gross but better than chewing 100 nasty bitter seeds.

Maybe. I have read that people have bashed them up and then dissolved them in liquid, but since the whole thing doesn't dissolve, the remainder settles on the bottom, so everything but that can be drunk smoothly. No chunks. But I have also read that the seeds don't taste that bad.

I have to imagine that as long as the seeds end up in your stomach it doesn't matter if they are chewed or not, unless the shell is indigestible and they pass through you whole. Smashing em up and putting em in yogurt doesn't sound too bad.

shrooms do indeed taste bad. I've let em sit in some lemon juice and then taken that like a shot. I've also put them on a jelly sandwich which masks the taste 75%.

I did this too and washed it down with OJ. My first time, I ate them straight and it was terrible. A former co-worker of mine had shrooms baked into chocolates and said she couldn't even taste them, so that might be the way to go.

oh yeah I had shrooms baked into a piece of chocolate candy once. I made the mistake of waiting ~6 months to eat it, so it was reeeeeeaaaaaaal stale. But probably under normal circumstances this is a good way to do it.

I read a couple of different guides about it, but that was about 6 or 7 years ago. From what I remember though all of the guides made it seem fairly easy AS LONG AS the spores are transferred to the growing material correctly. Any contamination could ruin the whole process. But in a clean environment, it didn't seem too difficult, just time consuming, and I think buying the supplies can add up.

I also used to pick up High Times magazine once in a while, and they had shroom grow kits advertised right in them, but I've never heard about how easy or successful they tended to be.

I have heard many times that citrus, particularly lemon, has the effect of truncating the trip from ~6 hours with the first and last hour being the come up and come down, to ~4 hours where the come up and come down are very quick and the middle of the trip is more intense. Sometimes people say they do this to make the oft-uncomfortable come up go by quickly.

as for holding hits ("ghosting it" as some dweebs say), I've heard a lot of stuff both ways. There are people who claim that according to MODERN SCIENCE all thc is absorbed into one's body from the smoke in your lungs within 5-7 seconds. There are others who say this makes no sense considering the way that breathing actually works involves the dry air and particles you are inhaling becoming wet and then attaching to the insides of your lungs where it goes to your heart and blood... so your body can't possibly have extracted all the thc as long as you are exhaling smoke, because the smoke is still "dry" compared to the moisturized air and smoke that has attached and absorbed into your body.

I can't biology so I have no idea. But I do know that you can get a second person high by exhaling smoke into their mouth, so the idea that the thc is all sucked into your brain instantly is not correct.
