in my book Phil Collins is responsible for 2 things that matter musically:

1) turning Genesis from an avante garde, creative and ahead of its time musical force into a shitty poppy generic garbage 80s band; and

2) singing with Phillip Bailey on one of the 10 best 80s cheese pop songs: Easy Lover.
