I'm pretty sure that's just Corgan trolling. If you look at the 3 albums, they're all released by Warner Brothers. I assume there's contractual clause or some sorta dispute with Billy and them which is keeping the albums from being hosted.

I would say TFE was the last time Billy took any risks. And I respect him for trying new things more than for middle of the road albums.

if i've said this once, i've said it a dozen times - the way that bill buries robert smith's voice way down in the mix is really dumb. it's a waste, the way it was handled. i don't consider myself a blink 182 fan, but the way they featured robert smith was far more respectful, and a better song as well

Are you KIDDING ME?!? I love Pretty Pretty Star.

I love the instrumental, with the soaring, longing, shoegaze solo. The vocal melodies are beautiful too. Lyrically, Boz is looking for a glimpse of ideal love. It's a great song.

it's a highlight of the album for me. don't get how people "jizz" over Tilt then turn around and hate on PPS when they're practically brother/sister tracks

Pretty Pretty Star, imo:

1) least offensive drum loop on the album; it actually breathes/swings a bit
2) deceptively simple vocal melody packed with overlapping sing-song hooks that resolve in unexpected ways
3) deliciously unsettling wash of shoegaze guitar provides intriguing juxtapo w/aforementioned sing-song phrases in the vocal
4) affecting/relatable lyrics
5) best guitar solo on the album

Again, i ask the haters: please explain!

It's a good album. I always liked it. It's not flawless or world-changing but it's an experiment that worked and I still listen to it now (and then).
