Default deftones

http://deftones.com/7/index.html

the url has a 7 in it. the site has 5 sacred hearts each with daggers and an angel which reminds me of the drifter tee. chino is going to start writing poetry. i guess this is the end of the deftones. (yes i know the end of the deftones began after the white pony era was finished)

anybody think they are doomed?

"My wife got a cool gig modeling for a really cool shop we go to in Sac called The United States Store. If you are curious to see how hot my wife is, you can go online at their website. "

First off, I think it important to thank all of you, our amazing supportive fans, for the love and support you have shown us for the past, well fuck...almost twenty years. After 246 shows played in support of Saturday Night Wrist-We took a month off and are now back in our studio writing for what we can only hope will be another great record.

The Deftones are on the top of their game. Saturday Night Wrist is one of the best albums I have heard, and Chino is in his most creative period, writing not only for the Deftones, but also for Team Sleep.

I don't know what's wrong with you.

Personally, I'd love to hear a well thought out Team Sleep record, just because I love that style so much.

i have yet to give team sleep a listen.

personally, i can only wait and hope for a return to to adrenaline style craziness with awesome songs like minus blindfold, one weak, 7 words, engine #9, etc.

i did not care for around the fur as much as i did for adrenaline, but even it has its awesome songs like headup, be quiet and drive, my own summer, etc.

white pony was decent, definitely better lyrics, but the guitar was just not as cool and in your face as adrenaline.

the self-titled cd had a decent demo "worship worship, pray pray" on it for which i think was mistitled hexagram or something. i didn't really give this album a lot of play.

the newest one i didn't even bother to listen to because i was so disgusted with the last...

oops, i forgot to add Teething from either the Spawn or the Crow: City of Angels soundtrack, both soundtracks rocked hard.

i'm not really hoping. i haven't even given the new record a spin, so it may be everything i want. i was just mentioning how they are doing a new album and i just randomly heard about it so i was hoping it would be decent.

i could really care less as long as i have my sp2 or billy corgan and jc combo.
