NCAA Football 2011
I'M SO GODDAMN EXCITED I CAN'T TAKE IT.
10-3 with a loss in a BCS game. and honestly i can see them 10-0 and then losing to BC and Stanford to close out the year. god that would be soul crushing. anyway Last edited by Eulogy : 08-28-2011 at 12:00 AM. |

This is the year I've been telling you guys was coming ever since we dumped Nutt. Losing Knile Davis (leading rusher in the SEC behind Cam Newton last year) was a bad blow, but I think we'll be ok. Tyler Wilson looks like the real deal, so it might turn out that Ryan Mallett turning pro may have been the best thing that could happen. Anything less than 10 wins this year is going to be a huge disappointment. |

Oklahoma State has an insanely easy schedule. Arizona, Texas, and Baylor toughest teams outside of the final showdown against OU in stillwater.
OU and OSU both possibly undefeated going in... no championship game so winner takes all most likely... and unless there are 2 other BCS conference winners who are undefeated, OSU could be a sleeper. |

So, if LSU hadn't had their recent troubles I'd pick them over Oregon. Now I'm not so sure. Georgia is always somewhere from pretty good to really good, so out of the gate I think Georgia/Boise St. is a tough one to call.
I can see TCU going down. maybe. but it's really hard to know anything at all before the season even starts. preseason polls/picks are the worst. |

Texas will once again suck (Gilbert as the quarterback again. Really?) This saddens me beyond words. Maybe they'll luck out and win 7 or 8, but I'd guess 6.
My most definitely flawed conference predictions: ACC: Virginia Tech 10-2/Florida St 10-2 Champion game winner: Florida State Big East: West Virginia 10-2 Big 12: Oklahoma 11-1 Big Ten: Wisconsin 11-1/Nebraska 10-2 Champion game winner: Wisconsin Pac-12: Stanford 12-0/Arizona 9-3 Champion game winner: Stanford SEC: South Carolina 10-2/Alabama 10-2 Champion game winner: South Carolina A&M, Oregon, Boise/TCU (pick 'em) and Arkansas I think have a very good chance at ending up as an at-large. |

ND could find itself into the BCS too if they can start out 2-0. If they lose at either South Florida or Michigan it'll make it a bit tougher to get the 10 wins I think they'd need to get into an at-large spot.
