Trent Reznor just posted the new Nine Inch Nails single, "Discipline," and it's available as a free download through his site. "Discipline" is nothing special, but it does have a nice feel to it. I've been listening to Ghosts quite a lot recently. Some absolutely gorgeous moments there.

yeah the company that ran the ARG has confirmed its over. They posted a summary of a few weeks ago and they only do this when their projects are complete . http://www.42entertainment.com/yearzero/

that doesn't mean there can't be another project. or another company to do the next part.

That made me almost cry man!

I just went over to echoingthesound to see what they had to say and it looks like Trent still has plans for a part 2 but has other things on his plate right now.

I'm guessing with all the label crap and everything he has going on right now it's hard to plan it but if he doesn't do a part 2 and sum this shit up I'm going to be seriously upset. For everyone who paid such close attention to it and got drawn in, that would be shitty as hell for him not to at least put something out for closure. It'd basically be a slap in the face and a waste of time for everyone who cared about it.

Not to mention I miss it.

I think about the Year Zero world from time to time and I really do miss it... *sniffle*
