so i'm thinking about shaving my head. just because. i saw a girl once who had a shaved head and she still looked pretty normal or whatever. but i don't want to look like a chemo patient. what is your opinion on this?

Someone told me to to shave my head so I can see my scar. I think I like my hair more than the abilty to see a scar.

some girls can look completely awesome with it. as long as you don't have a deformed shaped head and you've got the confidence to do it, give it a go. it'll grow back and there's always wigs/scarves/whatever.

I've thought of doing that, but that really only works for ultra-thin girls. I have hips, so it's kinda out of the question.

skinny bald girls are most definitely not what i would call the ultimate type for shaving of the head..
it just depends on the facial features. usually if a person has mild facial features a shaved head will suit him or her..
relatively big nose\ears\whatever will make anyone look bad with a shaved head

you could get it very short like natalie portman's hair and see how you like it. I had hair that short for a long time but got sick of it because you pretty much can't do anything with it. On the upside, it cuts shower time in half. If you shave your head though, you'll get a lot of stupid comments like 'you have cancer?' and 'are you in the army?'
