I need a Javascript programmer or something

So I need to be able to select images on a website to Google reverse image search in the background and then make a border around them in green or something to indicate those that have results, and also potentially a different color border if they have results from a list of about 8 sites in particular.

So probably Tampermonkey/javascript or a browser extension.
