New Craig Finn record is delicious.

I even pre-ordered a book of his lyrics, so I got the album digitally plus a bonus EP.

Unwed Sailor released their first full length in 11 years on May 3rd. Not quite half way through but I really like what I've heard so far.

Pile has a new album which is, of course, fantastic. I'm guessing this is my album of the year.

Gutted that I'll be out of town when they come here next. The Entry is the perfect, excellent sounding and small venue for them to play right now. Fuck.

I am OK with more Pixies, but I want another Breeders album already.

I'd settle for another Martinis, too.

Also. Everyone forgave Black for kicking Deal out (who is a major part of the band) but people still whine about D’Arcy who never did shit

i feel like if there's a Pixies equivalent of Netphoria you'd still see some pretty heavy Deal comments. The D'arcy stuff I thought died down pretty quickly when they actually started playing & that "metal band" stuff simultaneously popped up
