Oh, I didn't realize he was an early enroll-y. He's stuck at ND then if he went to class.

Isn't it 4? He said Oklahoma as a junior, then backed off his verbal a week later, then Indiana in the most wtf-indiana-just-got-a-five-star-recruit moment ever, then LSU, now Notre Dame, right?

Is Kiel redshirting? Is this going to be a full on three-way battle for the starting QB spot?

REQUISITE RON POWLUS REFERENCE: Man, Beano Cook is guaranteeing Kiel will win two Heisman trophies and 3 National Championships before his Notre Dame career ends!

4-man battle, i would guess. maybe he'll redshirt but if he's as good as advertised then i wouldn't do it. unless everett golson is really good or something. lol.

of course if golson or hendrix impresses enough, then maybe redshirting him would be the best idea.

Michigan's #1 reciever Darryl Stonum got a DUI last off-season and was promptly suspended for all of 2011. Then two weeks ago he got caught driving without a license and they've booted him off the team.

Interesting to compare this to Michael Floyd's 3 DUIs at Notre Dame without ever missing a single play.

and stonum violated probation and had been jailed twice for drunk driving (one more time than floyd, interestingly). he didn't just get caught driving without a license.

do you just paraphrase ignorant rants from michigan message boards or what

really funny to compare them. absolutely.

The violation of his probation was that he was driving without his license.

Totally reasonable for a football player at an elite academic Catholic university to get arrested 3 times without ever missing so much as one play. Absolutely.

yeah but driving without a license while on probation is substantially different from driving without a license. also you apparently were unaware that stonum has been arrested for DUI twice.

and comparing an underage drinking citations to a DUI is idiotic.

you tried to make a point and fell flat on your face. you'll get it next time.

3 DUIs / 3 arrests / 2 underage drinking citations and 1 arrest

1 DUI and driving without a license / 2 DUIs and a probation violation

right. semantics. those are all the exact same things.

you can go ahead and think that. it is absurd though.
