Considering Billy goes on Alex Jones and talks a decent activist game and displays a worldly concern, he would be a poser if he keeps silence on the NATO summit in Chicago. Billy is so full of contradictions that I am not sure he has a coherent understanding of what he actually believes or doesn't believe. He appears to base his beliefs, opinions, and especially actions on his emotional reaction to things rather than actual logic or examination of the evidence. His expressed opinions often appear very self-serving and reactionary.

Did you ever stop to think that Billy was probably mk ultra'd as a child? He's probably one of them. They got a hold of him when he was young, and fucked him up completely. The reason he started losing his mind in 2000 was due to his breaking his programming.

One of the tenets of an MK ultra'd person is having a background of childhood abuse and an absentee parent. As an adult they usually have a belief that they themselves do not understand that the govt is out to get them.

Not really. But, as I understand it, one of his favorites books is A Course In Miracles, a rather antagonistic spiritual guide that was disowned by its Author, one of the leaders of the MK Ultra project.
