j-whisps was pretty weird. i'm more of a fan of their moody, brooding stuff, but i enjoyed this too. will def have to listen a third time.
first album is pelican, a post-metal band. first listen for me. lots and lots of riffs. cool. |

oh yeah duh that's track seven.
i noticed that it was different from the rest. probably my favorite of the bunch tho the first two tracks are pretty sweet. |

believe it or not, Japanese Whispers was my first Cure "album"
followed fairly swiftly by Disintegration don't even really remember what followed exactly after that, but the 1 2 punch of those two was enough to have me hooked in my fragile, 15 y.o. state |

nice. sounds like a great introduction.
my first two were prono and wild mood swings. the first stuck. the second turned me off for a decade. still scared to revisit. |
