Default What bonus tracks are you hoping for on MCIS reissue?

Personally... I want to hear a studio version of Speed with vocals, that would be awesome! I never really got why this one didn't make it further than the Double Door shows.

Maybe the DVD could even be a Double Door show... although the songs tended to be pretty rough at that point.

the songs were rough, but those shows were pretty damn magical. Would love to see footage of those.

As for bonus material, Speed, Towers Of Rabble, the demo of Jupiter's Lament with all members singing (if it exists).

Acoustic versions of songs would be cool if they exist. Some of the heavier stuff from pistachio medley. More footage and background of the making of the album... That's about it, I guess.

as far as mcis goes though i think it's going to be pretty slim, considering they already put out a fuckload of b-sides with TAFH boxset

These threads are dumb. What are you NOT hoping for? Fans want to hear everything, especially from this era.

I'm hoping to NOT hear a bunch of different versions of the album tracks. I think there are so many unreleased songs from this era, the re-release should focus on those.

And, for whatever reason, we have a ton of demos of the album tracks already from that era, from Billy's Home Acoustic Demos to those 4(?) different tapes of early tracks. How many new versions of the songs could there be?

One thing not mentioned in this thread: the slow version of Mouths of Babes that they launch into at the end of the song...

Hmmm... Does anyone else hear this as them simply slowing the mastertape down? The pitch and the tempo seem to drop, and I know it was recorded on Billy's analog 8-track...

Really just remaster the album please. It sounds like it was recorded in a pile of pillows, if that makes any sense.

It'd be great to have cleaned up versions of Feelium and Depresso. LOVE those two instrumentals

Did they ever actually record a cover of Bowie's Moonage Daydream or is that just a rumor? Think it would have been recorded around the time of MCIS, right. Would love to hear that if it exists.
