I made a pretty mean pad thai not twenty-four hours ago.
Sadly, it's not the most photogenic of dishes and wouldn't stand up to a ratatouille or redbreegull. |

All of the pad thai things except for tofu because I'm hard as fuck and require meat.
The tamarind concentrate that looks like molasses is essential and I will also insist on kicking things off with a single stewed tomato. |

I fermented lemenenononons.for about 3 months and have been cooking and drinking around that stuff a lot adding garlic, ginger, peppers, onions, whatever and also in cocktails kombucha and jizz dishes.

i can barely stand to look at mandolins. it's like teh bolly's bread slicer thing. i keep envisioning getting my fingers all sliced up in them. when someone uses one on food network i close my eyes.
