Default When Queens Of The Stone Age "opened" for Zwan

The Queens Of The Stone Age came out and were fucking relentless. It was possibly the most rocking thing I've ever seen. I was completely blown away by them. If Billy was watching from backstage, he must have felt very....scared.

QOTSA opening for SP on The Arising! Tour was even better. Caught the Pittsburgh show at the Metropol...best show I've ever seen.

it was a few co-headlining shows. they each played around the same length set.

Every song I've heard from QOTSA does the opposite of blow me away. Implosion I guess. They bore the crap out of me.

I agree with Mablak, I saw QOTSA when they opened for NIN and thought they were pretty boring. NIN blew them out of the water

wow, queens and the pumpkins in the same concert sounds amazing.

queens were the best live act ive ever seen. alain does a good job filling in for nick, but i miss nick too. i met all of them a year ago on my bday along with brody, awesome people. troy and josh are so friendly. queens concerts leaves the worst ringing in your ears ever.

lullabies is probably their second best, i dig songs for the deaf a little more. rated R and self-titled are damn good too.

i know nick would throw beer bottles into the crowd when he'd get all antsy, and josh didnt like that business.

too bad mark is all coked out and wasn't on tour with them when i saw them. his vocals on the opening track off lullabies are awesome.

saw the eagles 3 times. at all tomorrow's parties on the queen mary, opening for queens last year on may 30th, and last saturday opening for the strokes. they were at best the one time i saw them without josh drumming, which doesnt have to do with josh necessarily, but that i was right next to them in the pit. josh is actually a pretty good drummer, some of the new stuff i heard that'll be on death by sexy sounds pretty awesome. but i like queens much more. the first time i saw eagles and jessie went on about the ladies it was funny, then it just got kind of boring. there were so many ignorant strokes fans talking shit about the eagles, wanted to beat the fuck out of them.

I saw QOTSA @ the arising! in san diego and all i remember is 2 things: i can't remember a song since the sound was so distorted and the crowd didn't seem to appreciate at all. The band was kind of pissed of at the end of their set. I like them, but the first album was not that good.
And eagles of death metal are pretty funny, even so they only have "one song".

QOTSA are highly immense, and I can see a lot of SP in them. However, this does not mean they are superior.

It just depends on one's personal opinion, of course.

Personally, I feel I am better than you.

I saw them at St. Andrew's Hall in Detorit. Personally, I don't even remember any of QotSA set because I was so fucking pumped/excited/nervous/anxious wiating for Jimmy's return.

I also saw QotSA open for Zwan in Normal, IL. Queens was horrible and a lot of people in the crowd around me thought something was wrong with the sound or the audio setup. Then Zwan came on and everythintg sounded good, so we all decided it was just Queens who sucked.

I most recently saw them open for NIN recently, and finally they were good.

I think there some sort of referendum being tossed around (and quite possibly moved into permanent legislation) that QOTSA really blow...besides that current scientific studies show that fans of QOTSA all share a common debilitating gene that causes them to like and defend shitty music...I am sorry for you.

Lullabies to Paralyze debuted at No.5
MSOTS debuted at No. 3
