the guy who helped me told me absolutely not to try and do anything else to the library folder because that could be catastrophic, so I still think I made the right call by not blindly fucking with it. screwing with a bunch of files crucial to your OS doesn't seem that far off from randomly taking a wrench to your car's engine

there was a guy on reddit who thought someone was breaking in his house and leaving him weird and vaguely threatening notes and shit and it turned out he had carbon monoxide poisoning and was doing it to himself. someone on reddit figured it out and told him to get checked and that was what was going on. crazy right?

oh my fucking god, youtube started enabling autoplay every single time after i finish watching a video, and even though i turn it off, it keeps coming back. what in honest to god fuck is this? it is so infuriating i can't even deal gfadjgkfagnfnkcbjb

why on earth might this be happening?
only thing i can think of is some extension clearing cookies too often or something, but all i have is adblock and i've been running with that for years, so it sounds unlikely.
has this ever happened to anyone else?

that's what i'm thinking.
or just your browser not accepting the cookies. it doesn't necessarily have to be an extension actively clearing the cookies. it could just be a (newer?) setting.

It wasn't until later, when I started messing with it because none of the so called professionals could help me, that I realized the missing file was my only serious issue.
