it was my understanding that the letter of the law (and fair use) was on her side concerning the images on the site. But without the resources to combat constant threats of legal action by a couple of individuals it had to be shut down.

I was irritated by the whole thing. I gave her all my files from Infinite Pictures and had hoped she'd be a permanent replacement. Then she gets a threat by a photographer and runs away with her tail between her legs never to be heard from again.

whaaaaaaaaaaaaat, wasn't the site shut down cause webmaster lost interest in the Pumpkins after the whole lucky 13 debacle?

I'd find it hard to believe that "Camp Pumpkins" would shut down a fan-site for hosting old images of the group.

yes to a) and no to b). Camp pumpkins had nothing to do with it afaik, certain photographers threatened her, not the band.
