That does not mean anything. The band is probably not even at the festival site and therefore could not yet permit the webcast. This happens all the time and is not unusual.

wolfmother are on now, i still dont know what to make of this band, better than the hives certainly, my friend and i listened to their album once and it was the worst 11 seconds of my life.
