You’re right, it’s not funny, which is what i originally thought. But then we started pointing out how pathetic/futile this sort of thing is. Which makes it funny maybe on a certain level. But yeah it’s also inconvenient, or even scary, on another level. Plus, it sucks. So yeah. They defiantly didn't take extreme measures to stop them. If you watch some of the video the police are shoving and pushing trying to keep them back outside and then inside the rotunda.
