i take zinc and/or iron, vitamin d, and stress b-complex. i've been fighting off this oncoming cold (you'll never get me, doo) and so taking just zinc and drinking anything with lots of vitamin c. got some good naked juices. the one i had this morning was chalky and gross but i choked it down for my health.

when i workout, though, i will drink this before, after, or during. sometimes. mostly i forget so it has lasted me a long time. but it tastes good.

i thought i saw a grey hair this morning but it was just the light. i'm turning 30 this year so i know it's coming sooner or later.

i forgot - i take biotin, too. but not for hair loss.

and ya gotta bulk before you cut. unless you're already a big guy you can cut as long as you continue to eat a healthy amount.

i had a friend who was big but lost weight only by taking laxatives and not eating very much. her body looked deflated. it was gross - a mutual friend of ours compared her to mr. burns.

i usually take everything before a big meal.. to make it easy on my stomach. or if i'm being too hardcore i'll take the liver/kindney/pancreas stuff right away to be safe

i'm kind of pissed i don't have gray hairs yet. a few streaks of gray would look cool. maybe
