So am I, but I found that taking vitamin A, alfalfa supplements, and ibuprophen stopped the problems I was having. And, I'm not trying to be snooty, just saying, you should find out exactly what kind of anemia you have (if you don't already know) and solve the problem that way. I wasn't Iron deficient.

yeah. i've been on BC for almost ten years for hormonal/skin reasons and when i stop taking it my body flips the fuck out (skin goes nuts, periods happen whenever they want to, a whole bunch of weird shit) i feel sick constantly and i'm just a mess. i don't like to think about it.
