the only thing that keeps me motivated is knowing how goddamn good it feels after pumping some iron. you feel bigger, happier, accomplished, and refreshed.

not too mention the long-term results. seeing changes in your bod. witnessing yourself getting stronger.

for instance, monday i leg pressed 150. i hadn't used that machine in a while either. last time i did i pretty much maxed at 110. does anyone care? no. i do, though. and it motivates me.

im used to it.

yesterday i ate turkey sausage/egg/cheese on whole wheat bagel from dunkin
and hash browns
plus a coffee w/ cream and splenda

then i ate a big salad w/ this awesome raspberry vin. dressing. with some chicken breast in it
and 5 sausage links

then i ate a small container of raspberries and a whole pineapple. (over like 3-4 hours)


should be poop central soon.

i used to never get hungry, when i was really depressed. no appetite. now im hungry all the time. fuck
