Some of the requirements you need for these pretty games are ludicrous

finished bioshock on hard for the 360 less than an hour ago. i'd been playing nothing else since july, so while i'm sad to say goodbye it's kind of a relief i can move onto other games now; advanced warfare being the next game i'm taking on.
from bioshock to call of duty. hah |

Bioshock 1?
That game would be much more fun if it reset stuff when you died instead of instantly respawning you around the hall. Basically you can just run at everything infinitely with the wrench |

yeah, the original
i only used the vita-chambers once early on in the game (which kept me from getting the "brass balls" achievement, which was secret for some reason so i didn't know about it until i was halfway through the game.) i'm more of a save-load-save kind of player. i don't let myself die and if i fuck up or want to do something differently, i load the prior save back up. i did use the wrench a lot though, along with the crossbow. the only time i used guns was against big daddies and in the second to last mission where you have to defend a little sister against hordes of enemies. that second to last mission's a funny one because up until then i had been playing the game real slow and careful. then, suddenly, you're forced to follow this little sister because she won't stop moving. luckily you're able to go back through the map once you're near the exit and fetch ammo and things you had to pass up |

I liked the shotgun a LOT. It was really satisfying to hurl splicers across the room with a point blank shell.
It's all I wanted to use so I spend all my money on shotgun ammo types. But towards the end I found out that was totally not a feasible way to play because you don't get enough shells for the cost. So I ended up running out of everything and dying a lot. |

the shotgun's really satisfying to use, but i'm all about conserving ammo and either using a weapon that requires no ammo (a melee weapon like the wrench) or a weapon that allows you to retrieve the ammo after use (the crossbow)
i played infinite once on... medium, i think, back when it came out and then did a 1999 mode playthrough. i don't remember much but i know that i had a really good time with it |

before you dl or buy anything go on can you run it?
It helps if you don't want to bother figuring out the specs Also to be able to RUN the next gen games you don't need a 1000$. To run it at reccomended requirements though, yeah just a bit over. Depending what you already have in the current one. I wasn't gonna able to even run AC Unity but then my brother just yesterday gave me his GTX 680 cause he got himself a newer card and this is at least slightly above minimum requirements so i'm good. Probably won't be able to make it look much better than Black Flag though... we'll see. |

I haven't pirated any new games since I last had an up to date PC like 5 years ago
Isn't that where games force you to be online? I knew it was only a matter of time |

This turns out to be mostly indie games which is pretty fucked up now that I think about it.
I try to pay for shit when I can afford it |

I've never even dled steam. I get all my games for free cause i'm a scumfuck.
But yes i have paid indie devs before. After pirating the game and liking it. Though not Mojang. I didn't feel they needed it at this point. I haven't yet faced the case of a game that forced you to be online? AC games don't have full content if you're not though. That's the only thing i've seen. In black Flag you couldn't have a fleet if you weren't online. Turns out having a fleet meant you were drowning in money in no time so i didn't feel i missed out. |
