I thought it sounded rather ridiculous, but where the heck did the "jeans" rule come from, thin air? I just wanna see it somewhere official so I can scoff even harder at it.

P.S. Hmm, would the Adore shirt that shows some "D'arcy nipple" on the back be considered profane? Not that I'd be wearing it of course.

Oh, and "linkin park"?
lol, that spelling was a joke.

and yes, i recognize the hood, the geographical eastern point of the city, etc. i'm just saying no one generalizes and says "i live on the east side" like they do with the other 3 directions. proven by the flag info i posted. that's all.

hey guys i was totally bullshitting about the no jeans, caps, jerseys rule at the casino sorry bout the confusion. their "no obscene shirts" policy made me think of the aforementioned policy (jeans, caps, jerseys) that some places will use to keep out certain stereotypes of riff-raff.

and then it fed into the whole notion of how extravagant (lol) it is to have a show at a casino and that only baller executives will be there because of the high ticket prices. I was just joking. I still think we should all wear blue-tooths.

and i still can't find those pics of the inside of the venue. the chandeliers were crazy. anyone else? maybe davin can try to get a peak of "the venue"?

Ah, alrighty. I apologize for taking you seriously. It's just that I know those kinds of places exist. If that had been the rule, I suspect the attendance would have been cut at least in half at the door. Either that or someone would be making a killing on "scalping" non-jean pants.

OK unless Monte proves me wrong with one of his famous screenshots.. it appears there are only single tickets left.. attempting to purchase 2, 3, or 4 tickets leads to failure

If, by "all", you meant less than 6% of the available tickets, Monte, then yeah, you're right.

Man, this shit is getting old. I wish they'd announce more dates. I could give a fuck about reading PMM articles....I don't care who else is a fan or why they're a fan...if Hammond, IN is the closest venue to where I live I'm going to be fucking pissed, as there were ample opportunities to buy GA seats but I didn't b/c of the possibility of them coming closer. How about don't put up anymore articles until you release some fucking tour dates. There, I'm done. I needed somewhere to vent.

I was just on Ticketmaster and they listed Davenport, IA on Friday 8/8/08 at the Adler Theater. Which is cool because I live in Davenport. It's not listed on the official site yet, but since it's on ticketmaster... you would have to assume it's for real. Tickets are suppose to go onsale next Saturday 7/19/08 and they are only $38.00. And another note... if this is true, I'll have 2 GA Floor tickets available for 8/9/08 in Hammond.

Ha, I guess I never thought about how it was going to be on a boat. Jesus Christ walks on water, Jimmy Chamberlin rocks on it.

Oh, and not waiting outside in August after being burnt to a crisp at Lolla the weekend before = awesome.

Good news, at least for smokers like me, the venue since its part of the casino and in Indiana, will allow smoking (hooray!)…and have coctail waitress service inside.
