Man, there was one called "Live Divine" or something on pumpkins.net. It had this uber-senescent MCIS-era Silverfuck with a palm-muted outro with Jimbo in full behemoth mode.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

You were just asking for SP1, but I'll throw in this acoustic show by Zwan: 2003-02-08 Café de la Danse; Paris.

Amazing show. Lyric, Love Lies in Ruin, Come With Me, Endless Summer, Mary Star of the Sea and Honestly sound very cool here. It's a show where the whole band can be appreciated, unlike the album, IMO

These are some dang good boots folks! Thanks! There was something special about SP1 acoustic. Actual feeling rather than HARD STRUMMING and dropped consonants.

This one is pretty good: Smashing Pumpkins Live at Shoreline Amphitheatre on 1997-10-19

Some of my favorites and other notables:

6/29/93 - Studio 105 / Black Sessions
https://archive.org/details/tsp1993-06-29.flac16
Had this CD bootleg back in the 90s and it was one of my most played. FM-sourced so the quality is pretty great. Highlights 1nclude the Cherub Rock almost as good as the Viewphoria version and great versions of Siva and Dancing in the Moonlight, as well as the James-sung Kooks.

7/4/93 - Raymond Revue Bar
https://archive.org/details/tsp1993-...-07-04t02.flac
An entire set that was apparently multitracked by Virgin for possible release, as a promo tape of this leaked out a few years ago. Probably the highest soundquality out there, and after playing through the entire set (which was identical to the Studio 105 set, although imo less inspired) they devolve into some rare stuff like Smiley, Bye June and Crush. Also has an acoustic Starla.

2/10/96 - Moore Theatre
https://archive.org/details/Smashing...2-10d1t07.flac
I had this as a double CD bootleg in the 90s, and while it's audience sourced, the sound is pretty good and the performance is fantastic. This was actually a dual acoustic/electric set, but I'm including it here because I always loved the acoustic set of this. Includes Take Me Down, In The Arms of Sleep, Cupid de Locke, etc.

3/13/96 - JJJ Studios
https://archive.org/details/tsp1996-...6-03-13t05.shn
Similar set as above, but FM broadcast quality, recorded for Triple J. Had this on a CD boot as well in the 90s. Not my favorite, but I remember many people liked it.

10/19/97 - Bridge School Benefit, Day 2
https://archive.org/details/tsp1997-...9.mk4.t02.flac
Got this one in a tape trade shortly after the performance, because it featured a bunch of then-new songs. Pretty great set, imo more interesting than the previous day (which had Marilyn Manson gusting), as this set had Behold The Nightmare and a Porcelina with John Popper guesting. Includes Set The Ray to Jerry, Eye, and the early version of Ava Adore.

1/15/98 - Viper Room
https://archive.org/details/tsp1998-...-01-15t05.flac
The legendary solo acoustic Viper Room set, where Billy played all then new Adore songs and James played a short set of Let It Come Down material, also solo acoustic. I am pretty sure I got this from Andrew Pakula in Spring 1998 in trade! Recording isn't so great, and Billy is a bit shaky and uncertain about some of these not-finished songs, but essential because of historical value. It's also refreshing to hear really stripped down acoustic versions of these Adore songs, so you can see that at the heart of the convoluted production, there was still an album of great songs. The acoustic Tear is pretty great, as well as the rare Blissed and Gone. James' set is not too great btw.

Thanks for this list! Great bootlegs for my collection!

The Viper Room set is super interesting. Billy debuting new songs to disinterested LA hipsters who cheer hard for 1979? Okay. James's set isn't that bad. Country Girl is great with those high notes.

I think James would've done okay with a female singer.
