i just want to tell restaurant stories now - in my experience its never the kitchen crew but your actual server who will fuck with your food after she gets it from the kitchen. i say she because in my experience its been women who will do this.

kitchen does drop stuff and serves it though if it's clean enough to pass an eyeball test
