I'm turning 31 tomorrow but due to my issues with fear and anxiety I've felt like I haven't really lived these years to the fullest.

But I'm so much happier now just by taking small baby steps, I finally sorta feel like I belong.

i don't eat a lot of sugar/bread, but i don't like the idea of cutting anything out "completely". doesn't seem sustainable, you know?

Cutting sugar is easier than you think... Once you get used to not having it, you don't really miss it so much.

I can't stomach sugary stuff anymore anyway. I've gotten so used to not having it, things like candy and soft drinks taste almost sickening.

I try to cut most bread, but I still have some whole grain bread for sandwiches and whatnot sometimes.

I ate smaller portions of higher quality food and increased my activity level and lost weight

Duovamp collects salt to stay trim. He rubs his body with fat before stepping out onto the salt flats.
