That isn't grammatically correct because you've left out the punctuation.

The words which are part of the business name are in quotations. Subtract what isn't in quotations from what you just said and you have left:
"Simpson" "and" "and" "Son"
The business name is only supposed to contain one "and". There are two there, Pasta of Muppet.
