Male plague
I said it three times, guess I'll say it four
I'm sad and sick to watch you devolve Your pen has gone gray The view has been walled And no one knows what you're saying at all See-through skin - barnacles of age Male plague, male plague Old days misremembering Male plague, male plague You think the world gives you a stroke Male plague, male plague Fear of the future of losing your hold Male plague, male plague Hey figurehead, what you gonna do? Her truth moves too fast for you Hurled upon the stage The act has gone sour Sad sacks pickled in jars See-through skin - barnacles of age Male plague, male plague False news beamed right in Male plague, male plague Every boy wants to be a cop Male plague, male plague I punch you down - you punch them out Male plague, male plague [Outro] Everybody knows it's gonna kill you some day Everybody knows it's gonna kill you some day Everybody knows it's gonna kill you some day Everybody knows it, tastes it, feels it Everybody knows it's gonna kill you some day Everybody knows it, needs it, wants it Everybody knows it's gonna kill you some day |

I was standing in line at the gas-station the other day and there was some older teenage guys behind me. The one dude goes on about how triggered his mom made him feel and he kept emphasizing how he was "triggered"
And then I was at the Liquor Store today and this younger white bro kind of guy was in the line and catching up with some older lady and when she asked about his girlfriend he went on saying 'oh you know typical "white girl stuff"' and I swear to god he referenced "white girl stuff" 3 or 4 times. I thought that this kind of rhetoric only existed online. It was sort of a mind-trip. It was one of those moments where you realize that you really are getting old. I seriously wanted to slap the guy at the liquor store. |

Yeah man. I'm actually gonna buy a high quality camera and start taking nature and panorama shots. I'm gonna post it on a blog called Fuzzy's Fotography.
Cause really, if you've never been to British Columbia, there's just beautiful landscapes and so many different bird sanctuaries that are perfect for photography. |

I've been looking at this
https://www.amazon.ca/Kodak-Astro-Zo.../dp/B00M8C7RKE It's not cheap, but I hear it's a great camera. I realize for a pro one you can pay in the thousands though. I go on a lot of hikes, and I've started going on jogs, and I go on a lot of trails and chill in random spots, and I always see these great opportunities for photos. I'm thinking it'd be a fun hobby. Something to share with friends and family on facebook, and if it gets more attention, great. But I realize that photography is a a really tough space to make a name for yourself in. Fuzzy's Fotgaphy is the real name I'm thinking of using. I think it's silly but a fun name nonetheless. Is that camera any good Buzz? |

I wouldn't be going for a fixed lens camera, personally.
You'll find that 24mm is a bit wide for most shooting scenarios as it'll rob the scenery of drama with flattened landscapes on top of distorting facial features in any portraiture, whereas utilizing the zoom will drop you to a maximum aperture of f/6.6 that'd prove too slow to capture anything like birds in flight and generally let you down in any lower light scenarios. |

Honestly, your best bet is to try to find a used entry-level DSLR on eBay.
A Nikon D3200 or something similar in good condition with an 18-55mm kit lens would sort you right out for around that price, allowing you to pick up filters and additional lenses over time as your "vision" develops. On top of being suitable for a wider array of uses in the short term and almost certainly offering better image quality in all scenarios, its upgradability would save you from wanting to replace it nearly as soon if the hobby does take off. Plus, if you look after it, the resale value will generally hold in the event that you're over it a few months down the track. |

why don't you start by getting a phone with a decent camera, you don't need to start with a big $$ thing. it's like when you get your first guitar. it's some no-name bullshit but you cut your teeth on it to see if you really like it or you just feel like having an expensive hobby

They strike me as bullshit, but I've never dealt with one nor knowingly known anybody that has.
I'm guessing it's exactly like holding your phone up against a tiny telescope. |

i got my 35mm for $10 at a garage sale and have taken some great pics with it. you have to be interested in photography, not having a fancy camera. $400 is stupid.

Well, I mean, if he at least cleans his mirror this time, I'd say that's a marked improvement.

I do feel that digital is a bit like ten pin bowling with the bumpers on, but don't see the project going any further than his trivia threads if he's hiking with a Trip 35 in hand.
