Also, you don't steam it directly in the water or anything like that.

it's fall so i'm going to have to put my bid in for baked acorn squash. cut in half, rub with oil, put a garlic clove or two in each pit, sprinkle with black pepper and then bake for 45-60 minutes

Roasted broccoli and cauliflower are both nice, but the smell they create in the roasting process is pretty extreme

It's not the taste that I mind so much, I just can't seem to digest them well. But I can handle any other cabbage family member just fine, and love them all, even kale (mostly). Go figure.
