Default Songs that Need to Go Away Forever

What are some songs that got played to death and just need to fuck off for the rest of eternity? For some reason, I still hear these pieces of shit when I'm at the mall or the grocery store or occasionally even on some Sirius stations. I need them all to rot in hell.

Smooth - Santana and Rob Thomas
The Middle - Jimmy Eat Ass
I Don't Want to Miss a Thing - Aerosmith
Sometimes - Britney Spears
Before He Cheats - Carrie Underwood
Sexy and I Know It - LMFAO

It was for me for a while but that ended sometime around 2005 or so. Every time I hear it now I want to scream.

The new Imagine Dragons song is so, so bad. It's like they threw every current top 10 trope into a blender, drank it, then shat it out on record and that song is what happened

Also, the "we all have a HUNGA" tune

Don't get me wrong i'm all about a good pop song/album, "disposable" or otherwise but man those two hit a trigger

Last year i'd have said Despacito. But I never hear that song anymore and now i'm oddly nostalgic for it.

I present to you the only version of that song you'll ever need.

I'd rather drive home drunk than accept rides from friends sometimes because 1/10 will roll the windows down and blast hip hop

it's embarrassing

I hate most country music. I worked as a DJ for a country station back when Carrie Underwood first got popular. I fucking HATE the sound of her voice. Fuck her and her stupid Sunday Night Football song.

hot take and I actually mean this, country is pretty much the best genre of music when it is done well, it's just that pop country of today is almost completely unrelated to classic style country

I like Rockabilly like Roy Orbison

What? All this time, I thought this was a Ricky Martin song.

I don't know why. It sounds different from his previous work, but it's not uncommon for pop stars to make a comeback with a tune more in line with the zeitgeist.

No, that song was by these two annoying asshats.

Also, I heard the fucking Macerena today for the first time in like a decade, so I guess that also deserves a spot on this list. Fuck that song forever.
