Corgan didn't talk about smaller venues there yet.

In Europe it would have made more sense to play the greatest hits show than in the States after the long absence.
They could have easily reduced some of the show elements to play in smaller venues for lower ticket prices.

The concert in London still isn't sold out .
In Bologna the ticket prices were much cheaper. Just by leaving off seats?

Outside Britain there is no market for the Pumpkins for doing expensive concerts in Europe.
If Corgan later tries to promote mostly their new album at smaller European venues, they might even then have problems to find promoters to book them.
Nobody can expect the new album to boost the ticket sales with two singles already not being successful...
