Is this a tern or a seagull?
I've been told that seagulls and terns essentially look the same but that seagulls are only found near bodies of water while terns can be found where there aren't any bodies of water. So I'm wondering whether the birds that I see at the elementary school where I work (which isn't near any bodies of water) are terns or seagulls. Does anyone here know?

There are probably about a bazillion birdwatching forums out there on the internet where they actually know about this stuff.

You know you guys deleted the one guy who gave me a real insightful answer to that thread asking about how Spanish food differs from hispanic food. Bots had invaded the thread and all the bots were deleted but his post was also deleted.

Hispanic food - often spicy, generally includes things like rice and bean dishes. Things in bread or corn based shells like tacos, quesadillas are also a staple. Serve with salsa, guacamole, etc.
Spanish food - not that similar at all, they eat a lot of pork products and bready baked goods. often dishes come in small servings called tapas they eat paella (sp?) in spain though, which is also eaten in some latin american countries there, are you happy |
