i mean why name anything? it makes it easier to reference what you're talking about.

in 2050 when you want to talk about hurricane harry it will be much easier than 'hurricane texas 1 2017'. if you use the second method people will have to look up what you're talking about rather than know right away

or when they want to talk about all the 2008 florida hurricanes 'florida hurricane 6 2008' is a lot harder than 'hurricane irene' or whatever, or having to look up which one was hurricane 6 and which was 5.

Hurricanes have no regions. It would get tedious and insane. Giving it a name is appropriate because hurricanes have personalities of their own.

I've moved 16 times since I moved out of home. I haaaaaate moving. I am learning to have less stuff, because then there is less crap to shift to the next place.

But we'll pick up free crap on the side of the road. I picked up two bar stools, used them for three years, and then sold them when we moved here, for $5 each. We just threw a whole bunch of other stuff away. 2 tonnes of stuff, to be exact. We were in a hurry.
