Hey have you guys heard of Silversun Pickups and Joy Formidable and Speedy Ortiz? New bands that sound like grunge bands from the 90s. Man it looks like this 90s revival thing is really starting to take off......

The era of Eminem, shitty boy-bands and bands like Papa Roach. Pop-punk was really sky-rocketing around when I was 16/17 though, and that was pretty rad... Could have blown up a few years earlier though for my sake. Going into highschool in 1999 is a major bummer... all cool trends had died by then. |
