interesting read. i believe almost every word.
she's obviously upset and tilted, and the 'I SAVED HIS LIFE (from going into traffic where ppl drive on the left)' is pretty funny.

but i totally believe her, and billy is just a shell of his former self. completely beyond redemption.

She also mentions keeping James from falling into the crowd at a show. I remember reading an interview with Iha in 1996 or 1995 where he mentioned being so near-sighted that he almost did that on numerous occasions. He said it was why he didn't move around on stage. I had completely forgotten that until D'arcy mentioned it.

It was all about money because i guarantee this never happened.

He already made the deal with live Nation. I'm sure he got money up front. He had jack the clown Bates on the horn already. Tried to sell d'arcy on his bullshit. She called him and got pissed like we did.
So not only do we not have the real pumpkins but they've hurt someone badly they shouldn't have....again.

But at least we get that sweet atonal "riff" from Solara which consists of one note.

This band is fucking clown shoes.

As wonky as that post was, I'm inclined to believe D'arcy over Billy.

But at the same time, I just feel bad for Billy. He used to be a great songwriter, a great singer, despite his bad traits. Now that he can't write anymore, can't sing anymore, he's just exposed as who he is. It must be terribly hard to keep going, keep trying to write when album after album, tour after tour fails.

D’arcy is quick to blame others for her problems. She says this has ruined her reputation. Her reputation has been ruined since that first mugshot. That’s when people like me accepted that it was unlikely we’d ever see from her again in a musical sense.

This hasn’t ruined her reputation at all. It’s gone exactly as her reputation suggested it would. Her reputation will only be restored away from Billy by proving she doesn’t need him. She does. More than he needs her.
