Far more people on here like EITS than SP because, well, EITS is a better band.

I'll have to check out Explosions In The Sky. By the way, I was wondering if anyone had heard of anyone at all getting the coveted "triple-letter orchestra seating" tickets for any of the shows. I've taken a look on sites like stubhub and none of 'em have any, and I still haven't heard anyone in here claiming to have gotten them. That leads me to believe one of two things: either the triple-letter seating won't exist for these shows, or they're being reserved for 93.3 WMMR's VIPs, since this is "Presented by 93.3 WMMR."

You were less then enthusiastic about the prospect of going to one of these shows. If you really want to go, I can get tickets.

None of the seating charts I have seen have the triple-letter orchestra seating on them. I am guessing it was a typo or something, or maybe they used to have more seats before they redid the place. Or maybe they are the pit ticket sections?

The triple letters are the very front section. I have triple letters for one of the shows, and a friend has triples for others. I will post a scan when I get them.

Triple letters are the pit. It's always been that way at the Tower.

Can someone explain to me why Loge seats would be better than orchestra?

Thanks for clearing that up. I don't think I have ever been to show there that had a pit.

Sorta confused here. I first bought tickets for 10/19 on saturday morning right when they went on sale. I grabbed these thinking that it might sell out faster than I imagined:

Seat location: section R/C OR, row S, seats 101-103

It said "Loge Section" but to me that obviously says Orchestra. I looked at the chart and its towards the back on the right (aisle seats). Whats the deal with this?

Anyway, a few minutes after I bought the first 2 tix I searched again and found row BB center Loge seats, so I snagged em. Ill be keeping these and most likely giving the other 2 to a couple friends of mine.

Why did the first say Loge when its pretty obvious its orchestra on the floor towards the back?

On a side note: I first found 2 pit tix when I searched, but gave them up like a moron. according to the seating chart for the pit tickets I had, it was front left orchestra like row N or some shit. This seating chart is ridiculous to follow if youve never been to the place.

If anybody has two tickets (together) for 10/19 that they want to sell, please let me know. Small chance I know but I figure it's worth a shot.

I ended up getting way too many tickets and wanted to give pumpkins fans a chance. They are all for Mon 10/22.

RGT OR N seat 1
L/C OR K seat 118-122 (3 tix)

First time post, but long time pumpkins fan.

You should be able to find a good deal on one of the downtown hotels, since the shows aren't until October. Just check out what you can get in the downtown area (also referred to as Center City) from all those travel sites...Priceline, hotels.com, travelocity, expedia, etc.

The seat descriptions for the Tower are pretty strange; I had two similar experiences when Ticketmaster kept offering me a Right/Center Orchestra seat in Row V but kept referring to it as a Loge seat, and again when they offered me a rear seat on one far side of the loge and called it a Balcony seat. My best answer is that the ticket descriptions are merely fucked up when they're citing certain rows. A few people have complained about this; I'd just trust the short description of where the seat is (i.e. R/C ORC) and ignore the "Loge Section" nonsense.

I have some piggyback seats on the aisle for 10/19, good ones too. KK/LL r/c orch. make me an offer. you're not right next to the other person, but right behind them and you're on the aisle so you can probably scoot up once the show starts and be right next to the other person.
