Whenever Easter is around the corner, my compulsion is to consume vast quantities of the hot cross buns that are marketed at kids because it takes the innocence of a child to recognize that raisins are like tiny lumps of demon shite that have all the taste and texture you'd expect from taking to a housefly graveyard with a melon baller.

I'm still trying to figure out how it is that he can understand sexual compulsion, but only "sort of" understand nymphomania.
Let's hope he's not treating satyriasis as the more reasonable affliction. |

i've been biting my nails all my life. they're all hideously short. except one.
i drum with my hands and feet and it drives some people absolutely insane. sorry. i drum eh, with my teeth. i've been grinding my teeth in my sleep for years and years too. seven or eight years ago my dentist noticed that many of my teeth were all the same length, because i'd apparently been grinding one or two millimeters away for them. i've worn a dental dam ever since. |

Next you'll be saying you don't like goat's cheese Which I would understand because even the thought of it prompts my throat to close up involuntarily as a self-protection measure |

It's hard to know that there's a difference between sultanas and raisins when involuntarily salivation kicks in to cover your taste buds like liquid tarpaulin as your tongue retracts with all the grace of a flicked snail's eye.
I've had some decent goat's milk feta in my time, though. |

i hate anything goat-y and just can't eat it - but I have once, at a hippie church meeting for Christian environmentalists, eaten a goat's cheese sandwich, because enough fresh herbs and garlic drowned out the taste of the sustainable but disgusting goat's milk cheese.
After that I became brave and accepted a taste of some chèvre from a cheese counter and it really took all the strength I had, to swallow it instead of spit it on the floor and paw desperately at my tongue. |

I like goat cheese on pizza. A little mozzarella/goat cheese combo can be nice.

we have goat cheese at my pizza shop, one of the pies we make is a white pie with ricotta sauce, mozz & romano which is our standard cheese base and then we add feta, goat & fresh mozz balls.
i'd link a menu but i don't want anyone calling |

This one time I made this cheese sauce for a lasagne using a bit of every cheese I could find in my parents' kitchen. That night I had a disturbing dream where there was a wasp's nest where my brain should have been, which they accessed through the orifices in my head.

i just said 'dental dam' but it turns out that is something entirely, lol. you'll need to have made a mold of your teeth. it's quite expensive but you'll be able to use it for years |

Drugstores sell one that can be used without a mold, it's not as good but it helps a lot. My sister wears one cause she grinds her teeth in her sleep as well, and whenever she loses the molded one she buys one of those generic ones. |

I was informed that a magnesium supplement would help with the grinding, though I'm always a little dubious about that sort of thing.
