what's the advantage of getting the Arcade (256 memory built in) versus the Premium with the 20 gig hard drive? I don't plan on buying and downloading games, so why else would I need the hard drive?

There is tons of stuff to download: free videogame trailers, free game demos, (not free) tv shows, movies, game patches, extra game content (for example, extra cars and tracks for forza, extra maps for halo, extra songs for guitar hero & rock band), etc.

I too am entering into the brave new world of XBox360 ownership. While I don't game as much as I did a few years ago I am pretty excited to use it as an interface with my TV on my wireless network. Internet porn on the living room TV here I come!

I just got one of these for Winter Holiday. Haven't hooked it up yet, but it came with Forza and Marvel Ultimate Alliance, so that sounds cool. Any 'must have' games out there besides the Gears of War and the Bioshock?
