Red face Teargarden by Kaleidyscope Wikipedia page...wtf?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tearga...y_Kaleidyscope

Is it just me, or is this 90% bullshit? Oceania and Monuments (especially) are not part of TBK. Any association with the project is simply the result of dumbass interviewers asking Billy how they fit into TBK when the project was clearly long dead.

IMO, Teargarden was nothing more than the idea of releasing 44 songs individually for free, and packaging them as special-edition EPs along the way. And it was abandoned after the second EP. The Tarot influenced "fool's journey" part was just hype to make it seem less like a marketing strategy. I recall Billy himself basically admitting as much.

The Wiki page should reflect the truth, man!

honestly I think the original concept of "the fool's journey" ended up defining Bill's path from '09-'14 pretty well. even if it was totally accidental and unintentional, I do consider those initial EPs, Oceania, and Monuments to be the TBK song cycle. Ultimately it led him to Ogilala, and even if you don't like the album, I don't think anyone can argue that Bill isn't in a better place in 2017 than he was in 2009, musically, spiritually, all that.
