I buy hard to find metal vinyl releases from this company. I haven't been buying much lately with shipping being a complete wreck. I check in today and see this train wreck. This really is a small world.

She's just being the typical blow hard she always is and was owned by the rep from NESI Media. I've bought close to 200 albums from them and they're top notch. People (Sad Machine drones) are saying this company is shady, but the fact is they purchase licenses from record labels and make boutique quality vinyls. 100% legal.

Make public statements about another person or entity, and then call any response from that person or entity "harassment" so that the very act of defending their reputation or even asking for clarification/a dialogue is seen as a transgression.

Unless this company really did blow up her phone with dozens of messages, or threatened her, or something along those lines. But if they did… she's free to post the evidence.

Still not sure if that is a bootleg or not. There's also a white+purple splatter version. Both of them are said to be limited editions (100 pressed only). It's listed on Discogs, do they list bootlegs?

discogs lists bootlegs, but these are listed as "unofficial".

I've seen bootlegs of released albums before. SD has a very popular German bootleg, for example.

For those who are not so familiar with the matter:

- Nesimedia provided 2 LP versions "Shiny", each limited to 100 (numbered) - by the way in excellent quality

- all onlineshop copies sold out within a couple of days in march

- they bought a license from WARD (they have the official rights on the Asian market, got from napalmrecords)

- crazy sadmachines make the whole internet including Corgan and Strawberry crazy, which nesimedia accuse to press bootlegs

- the NESI owner defends himself in the Facebook post against the allegations of fraud by a sadmachine dream couple (Lucarelli and I forgot the name of his girlfriend), which have no proof, only Billy's IG posts

- Nesimedia is clarifying with napalmrecords what went wrong (if at all)

As I wrote in the other netphoria thread:

"Typical Billy ... without knowing anything exactly what went wrong (if any) between napalmrecords and the NESI label, the guy and the label are offended at first. Then all these sadmachines come to NESI's Facebook page, play kindergarten and assume fraud. I have already bought some LPs from NESI beforehand and it is a completely legal label and what has just happened is murder. When Billy says "motherfucker" all the sadmachines scream "motherfucker" twice as loud. When these people "solve" everyday problems ... poor humanity. I would end up laughing if napalm kicked Billy in the ass and said, "You were wrong, my friend."

Yes, and bootlegs are not allowed to sell on discogs. This is a legit release (as all NESI releases before).
